FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS POLICY

All purchases made through Discount Warehouse LLC are considered FINAL SALE, except where a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

1. All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, accidental purchases, personal preferences, or products that were accurately described and delivered in the condition represented.

2. Non-Returnable Merchandise

Fragrances, perfumes, cosmetics, personal care products, liquidation merchandise, clearance merchandise, and other items designated as final sale are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Customers who believe they received damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect merchandise should contact our customer service team promptly with their order number, a description of the issue, and available photographs.

We will review the claim and provide any remedy required under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Requests made before shipment may be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered for our fulfillment records. Customers reporting missing packages should contact us so we can review the carrier's tracking information.

Delivery confirmation does not eliminate legally protected claims concerning nonreceipt, damaged merchandise, or other qualifying issues.

6. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Discount Warehouse LLC to resolve order-related concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

We reserve the right to contest unsupported chargebacks using transaction records, fulfillment documentation, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and applicable sales policies.

Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction with their payment provider.

7. Policy Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made on or after October 13, 2026, subject to any applicable disclosures and legal requirements. Earlier transactions remain governed by the terms applicable when the order was placed.
